Watch TV

When i stumbled on TV, i never thought much of it. Alice Dellah meets Mischa Barton isn't really my thing, but their AW09 collection has got me thinking again.
Shredded jeans, amazing sweater dresses, drapped tops. I think i'm in love.

GOODBYE Paul & Joe

Amongst all the other cute boutiques on Marylebone High Street, Paul & Joe has always sat firmly in the middle comfortably. As a regular around that area i always find myself walking in and finding something i fall in love with, this time it was a amazing grey cashmere jumper with amazing beading on the shoulders, all for the small fortune of £525.
Sadly my funds don't go that far and i told myself i'd go back if it went down to less than £200, there was a brief sale in the beginning of January where it was £350 or something along those lines and i got out the plastic and everything but then something else caught my eye and i realized that if i bought it i would be over it in a few days so i left it.
Then a few days ago i saw the dreamy 70% Off and i told myself it wasn't true, it couldn't be. I walked in and there it was, size 0 £125. Perfect.
Unfortunately i left it too late, i went back the next day and it was gone.
The moral of the story? don't buy something unless its really worth it, oh and buy it as soon as possible.
Oh and now the store has closed down.
GREAT.

The Shows

My first experience of London Fashion Week, my god that seems like years away. There was at least 50 interns and no one touched the food. It was just coffeeciggerattescoffeeciggerattes.

Miss Kova

Dasha K, designer of Kova & T is a perfect example of a socialite. Classy, well-connected, ambitious, model and dating Roman Abramovich.
I love how she compliments edgy pieces like those boots in the second photo, with classic staples.

ALAIA

I adore this dress more than words can describe.
The burberry feathered one next to her isn't too bad either.

SOCIAL GRACES

When 2 became the new 4, and Suzy Menkes moved to Paris, we decided to ignore social graces and bring out the inner bitch.

Next Stop LDN

Cris (mfl) has asked me for my picks of the best shops and cafes you have to visit in London so i've made a small list for everyone.

Maison Bertaux
french cakes, I-D editors and alexa chung sipping away at hot chocolate. If the cute decorations don't force you in, then the eclairs will.

Fortnums&Masons
A small piece of Selfridges without the big crowds, great range of brands including Lulu Guinness and Paul Smith, there is a great selection of sweets too.

The Royal Art Academy
The exhibition GSK is a must-see and if not, there is william broome stuff for sale in the shop which is the same guy who did the T-shirts for Colette, Marc Jacobs and Topshop. Oh and limited edition t-shirts.

Burberry
Since Baileys been there, the house that brought us the trench has never been the same. You must see the new collection in person and maybe you'll even walk out with something especially with the low pound. Go to the regent street branch for the best buys.

The Wonder Room at Selfridges
A room full of limited edition luxurys you wish you could buy, the wonder room is everything from Hermes to Viktor&Rolf harlequin dolls.

Matches
Go to the one on Marylebone High Street, 50% sales means Missoni dresses for half the price and Herve Leger for a few hundred quid.

TOFU
Japanese well-cute mid-price clothing, great colours and amazing furs. The only place to go if you are in Covent Garden.
